Supervision
I have many years experience of offering Clinical Supervion to Psychotherapists and Counsellors. This has involved a regular ongoing contract where a Supervisee brings their Clinical work to me as a regular commitment and requirement for their Practice.
I no longer take Supervisees needing this model of Supervision.
However I am offering Consultancy to psychotherapists, counsellors and those working in the helping professions.. This would involve focussed meetings less frequently or as stand alone meetings. I can be flexible about frequency and content but emphasise that I am no longer offering long term holding of Clinical Practice.
I very much enjoy helping practitioners develop professionally in their own way with respect for their training and chosen way of working. It does not matter if this is different from my own . I work responsibly and with integrity. I welcome enquiries from psychotherapists and counsellors in private practice.
I have extensive experience of working in organisations. I have provided supervision over several years to counsellors and other helping professionals working in both voluntary and statutary organisations. I welcome enquiries from organisations or individuals working in organisations who want a Consultancy agreement for their work.
I have a special interest and expertise in helping those working in mental health professions. I am also very interested in all aspects of Process orientated work. I have particular skills in holding difficult or painful impasse or dilemma in a space between us where some resolution can be found. I can help unstick the stuck or build confidence in containing what has felt impossible to contain.
My fee for this work is negotiable. I welcome enquiries from anyone who needs some ad hoc help.
I have a diploma in supervision and am on the UKCP supervisor list.
